We call Cedar Dell a "forest farm" because we are maintaining the health and integrity of the natural ecosystem while sustainably raising animals and growing food on the non-forested portion of the property. More information about our work in this area is coming soon!
The People
Cedar Dell Forest Farm is owned and operated by Casey and Michael Newman. Casey is an environmental educator while Mike is the handyman and budding permaculturist. Their two children are quickly becoming accomplished firewood stackers. Learn more about Casey and Mike by clicking below.
Our Location
We are located in unincorporated Multnomah County, Oregon, at the southern edge of the city of Gresham. The address is 8015 SW Rodlun Rd., Gresham, OR 97080 and exact driving directions are provided to all program participants. Outside of scheduled events, Cedar Dell Forest Farm is not open to the public. Contact us if you are interested in visiting.
